Christmas at Granada, Spain

Streetlights and crowded streets enjoying Christmas at Granada

Granada experiments a methamorphosis when Christmas is coming. We can fairly consider Granada as one of the most beautiful cities in Spain, but when it comes about Christmas, when Sierra Nevada is completely covered in snow, people knows how to protect themselves against the cold and iluminate the city in a marvellous way.

It’s a pleasure walk through the old streets of Granada at winter. You can see the Christmas decoration everywhere, at the roofs, streetlights, shopping centers and also the main monuments like La Alhambra are nicely decorated. Rather than spend your Christmas holiday in a big city like Barcelona or London, trying a small city like Granada as your destination, one plenty of history, art and charming spirit will be an experience you cannot regret.

Apart from the obvious differences between Granada and big cities like the ones mentioned before, there is an extra advantage, the accomodation cost. If you want to look for Hoteles en Granada Centro you will find affordable prizes and lovely hotels.

Browsing I also have found a video which ilustrates what I’m trying to say, and like we all know, an image worth more than one thousand words. And in this video, there are lots of images. Hope you all enjoy it. The music is a typical Christmas spanish song.
